All items (except close-outs) are returnable within 14 days of delivery !
All returns are subject and exchanges to a 15% restocking fee (except wire basket muzzles) and are subject to additional shipping fees unless the item is defective or the order was improperly filled.
The returned item must meet the following qualifications:
– Item(s) must be unused !
– Items like Collars and Harnesses that were custom made can’t be returned !
– Item(s) must be received at our location within 14 days of delivery.
– Items returned after 14 days of delivery will be donated to our local rescue program.
– We recommend that you carefully pack your return and insure it with the shipping company to avoid liability
in case the item is damaged in transit.
– FINAL SALE items may not be returned nor exchanged.
– All eligible return items must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery date.
– We will fully refund your purchase and sales tax if the item(s) have not been altered; including but not limited to worn, damaged or washed.
– Customers will pay for the shipping of any return and/or exchange unless the product was delivered damaged from our warehouse.
– Customers will pay the shipping fees for any refused items upon delivery.
– The merchandise will be shipped back to our warehouse; the customer will be refunded for the items and sales tax if applicable.
– Returns will be processed within one week upon receiving at our warehouse; please allow 1 billing cycle foryour account to be credited.
– You will not receive credit for these returns.
– All items that returned because of the size will not be sold and will be donated to a local dog rescue program on your behalf.
You will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping dogs that are less fortunate.

Damaged Items or Wrong Shipment
All items (except close-outs) are returnable within 14 days of delivery with a receipt. Customers are required to pay additional shipping for exchanges. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective or the order was improperly filled.
If you have received a damaged item or the wrong item, please accept our apologies !

holidays and week-ends excluded, to report the error.
We will file a claim with our shipping company and send a replacement as soon as we obtain a claim approval number, usually within 48-72 hours. If you require immediate replacement, we will charge your credit card for the second shipment and offer a refund once our shipping company has made a determination regarding the first shipment.
You will be charged at the time the second order is sent and reimbursed once the return or incorrect item is received at our location.
